Our 4th Quarter Curriculum Night will be on Tuesday, April 5. The Curriculum Night will also be our Young Author's Night. Curriculum Night will be held from 6:00-7:00pm. The PTA meeting has been moved to April 14 before the 2nd grade musical.

Ward’s Spring Fling will be April 15^th. Third grade is donating a “Children’s Book Basket”. We would gladly appreciate it if you are able to donate any new books to our basket. Donations are needed by April 11^th.

This week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we will be taking the 3rd Quarter EOQs. Thursday is reserved for makeups.

Making Jello using fractions 3/8

Today we made two batches of pudding. One was good and the other was bad. Why? Because we messed up the recipe on purpose. Since we are working with fractions and will soon be learning measurement, we made pudding because recipes include fractions and if we mess it up, we get a nasty tasting dish!
